Brendan & Sally warmly welcome guests to the Andorra Motel that is situated on 1 acre of peaceful, spacious grounds in a quiet and relaxed garden setting. The motel is located at 16 Mackenzie Street, on the northern entrance to Geraldine, some 500m from the town centre. We are also a 90-minute (137km) drive from the Christchurch Airport.
Sally and Brendan purchased the Motel in February 2017 and have begun renovations in June. With two units at a time being completly refurbished and HEAT PUMPS added to keep everyone warm and toastie over the cooler months.
Offering a year-round outdoor pool, barbecue and children's playground, together with ample free, private parking on site. There is a convenience shop across the street.
Rooms include a flatscreen TV. All the units feature a lounge area to relax in after a busy day. All the units have full kitchens including tea and coffee-making facilities (tea and coffee provided). The rooms come with a private bathroom equipped with a shower. For your comfort, you will find free toiletries and a hairdryer. Andorra Motel has free WiFi available for guests.
There are 14 spacious, VERY QUIET ground-floor units situated 100m from the street, in a spacious, peaceful garden setting; on the main highway north and 500m to the town centre.
These include self-contained studios, 1 and 2-bedroom units (sleep 2-6) and are all serviced daily and non-smoking. They have fully equipped kitchens, Sky TV, microwave, hairdryer, cot and highchair available. There is an option to purchase a continental breakfast. Swimming pool, trampoline play area, laundry,, car-wash facilities. In 2007 four new studio units were opened, one with access facilities. There is FREE WIRELESS internet for all guests. ( New system added in February.

Andorra Motel offers 14 quiet units. All units are surrounded in beautiful relaxing gardens, with plenty of quiet outdoor areas with tables, chairs and barbecuing equipment.
The gateway to the Southern Lakes – Geraldine lies at the heart of the Canterbury region, at the foot of the wild Southern Alps, on the east coast of the South Island.
Geraldine offers many local activities to see and do, from fishing to golf, bush walks, museums and a fine choice of cafés and restaurants.
